Senior Enterprise Architect (f/m/d)

Our DIGITAL teams based out in Lille, Paris, Amsterdam (and many others..) are focussed on several ambitious technological transformations in various domains such as Value Chain,  Sports Products, Ecommerce, Business Capability Platforms, Customer Growth, Circularity and many others.

Our Value Chain (extended Supply Chain) teams  play a pivotal role in this transformation. The systems we build and maintain cover a wide range of needs : from product offering selection, supplier management, traceability, production planning, forecast, delivery of goods between our distribution centers and to deliver to our end customers right on time. The aim is to overhaul all the components of our DIGITAL technology landscape in an iterative fashion over the next few years to reach a highly scalable, secure and future fit technology landscape.  

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an “Enterprise Architect”, we need you to be a REFERENT to our teams who can help with the know-how on different phases of an Architecture Development Model such as Business Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture to build new or evolve existing components within our landscape. You will, 

  • Co-create the enterprise architecture landscape by supporting the business / product teams during their architecture design phase (new / existing initiatives) including application, technology, data, security and integration with different teams involved in execution. 
  • Iteratively implement the architectural frameworks (Standardization) to all the initiatives in our Digital Value Chain strategy.
  • Support and Challenge the architectural choices made by Functional / Solution / Data architects to maintain holistic consistency upon any new additions and changes to our existing enterprise architecture. 
  • Produce a target state in terms of application rationalization to perform audit or assessments and identify the gap to optimize the architecture and technical debts. 
  • Develop a clear vision around the growing DIGITAL landscape to optimize the application portfolio to maximize value, minimize redundancy, and align with strategic business goals.
  • Contribute to train / spread the knowledge about the Value Chain Digital and Enterprise Architecture practices across the company wide stakeholders. 
  • Participate in different team routines monthly as a steering stakeholder, lead the Enterprise Architecture Board to facilitate the governance.
  • Review the outcome by quarterly with the top leadership teams to secure their confidence. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

As an Enterprise Architect,

  • You should have at least 5+ years of relevant working experience as an Enterprise Architect and have specialized in both Business/Product and Technology architecture and urbanization.
  • You are comfortable with architecture frameworks like TOGAF and modeling tools (BPMN, Archimate, C4 etc..)
  • You are proficient with Domain Driven Design.
  • You can apply theory pragmatically and bring structure and method to project teams.
  • You have good interpersonal skills and demonstrate pedagogy and flexibility.
  • You have experience in designing highly complex digital products within a cloud environment.
  • You have a profound vision on Enterprise Architecture to participate in the Digital Transformation Masterplan.
  • You have proven working experience in successfully implementing Application rationalization strategy.  
  • You should have a good command on Hybrid (SAP, SaaS, In-house applications) Landscape is mandatory.
  • You have significant experience about the best practices followed in microservices and cloud native architecture design. 
  • Supply Chain experience certainly is a plus. 
  • You are particularly sensitive to the impact of sports practice for the values it has allowed you to acquire in your leadership style and team management!
