Our Ecommerce Data team is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive our clickstream analytics pipeline, based in Amsterdam.

Your Role
This role sits within the eCommerce Data team, and more precisely the Clickstream pipeline Product team.
Clickstream pipeline carries on the distribution of digital data within Decathlon.
To support Decathlon digital transformation in a data-driven approach, Clickstream pipeline guarantees the collection of all user interactions from Decathlon's digital journey in a reliable, exhaustive and standardized manner, throughout the data production process.
3 main missions of your Product are the following:
- Track the full digital customer journey: Collect data from ALL Decathlon digital interfaces in a unique standardized method, supported by the clickstream analytics team, that enables full comparability
- Guarantee the quality of the data: Thanks to strong observability capabilities, monitor data quality at each step of the process to avoid loss of data and alert teams in charge of data production.
- Expose data to anyone who needs it: Unleash data collected & processed in the data lake. Through a plugin library, enable all consumers to have a direct connection to the clickstream data (real time or raw)
Your impact is split around 5 major axes:
1) Vision and Product Strategy
- Define the vision, strategy, and positioning for your product
- Supervise the creation of value
- Write an outcome-based product roadmap, share it to your stakeholders, internal / external customers and teams within your ecosystem.
2) Discovery
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify product opportunities and enhancement.
- Define solid hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative exploration.
- Conduct an Experimentation program to continuously improve your key metrics and user satisfaction
- Collaborate with your main stakeholders (Engineers, Digital analytics teams, Product managers) to guide and guarantee a Continuous Discovery pace.
3) Delivery
- Prioritize by value-potentiality and plan the work for the realization of the product (design, development, testing, product launch, and its evolutions for your internal users).
- Ensure the quality of the product.
- Track the outcomes of each feature you bring to production.
- Communicate upcoming product developments, both externally and internally to the team(s)
- Define and pilot your support strategy : support end users to handle all products involved in the clickstream (Training, access managements, process), support front teams in technical API integration or debugging.
4) Data-driven decision making
- Define and supervise the key success metrics of your product.
- Ability to use data to make decisions about the product’s direction
5) Product Culture
- Establish a collaborative working mode, a trustworthy and responsible environment within the team.
- Be an active participant in the product ecosystem, develop and promote the product mindset around you.
Requirements:
- Product Manager, you have 5 years of product experience in data / analytics in a B2C digital environment and in an international context.
- Strong data engineering skills and capacity to interact and decide with the team on technical topics, expertise in Kafka and API management would be a plus
- Strong experience and knowledge in data analytics, in an ecommerce environment, incl. data schema
- You demonstrate a strong understanding of main clickstream concepts, related to data management and data distribution / processing
- You have a data-informed mindset to back up your assumptions, make decisions, and drive actions.
- You know how to prioritize, let go, and say no in order to keep your product team focused on the essentials
- You demonstrate a solid experience in Product Discovery, conducting effective product discovery processes that helps you to identify and validate customer needs and business opportunities.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it to stakeholders at the executive level
- You easily collaborate with Tech, Data and Design people to improve your product.
- You have a strong intellectual curiosity
- You are passionate about sports and eager to share your passions with the team!
