Job Title – Chief of Staff to President for Constructor Knowledge

At this time we are seeking a qualified successor to play a key role in supporting the executive team as the Chief of Staff for Constructor Knowledge at Constructor Germany GmbH, who should replace due to an internal promotion our current Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities:     

  • Serve as the President’s right hand, helping to optimize his time and enhance efficiency in all tasks.
  • Lead and manage the Presidential Office team to ensure smooth daily operations and coordination.
  • Develop and implement operational plans for the Presidential Office in collaboration with colleagues, setting clear targets and priorities.
  • Act as the President's representative in selected meetings and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee performance management for the Presidential Office team, identifying training and development needs.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations and briefing decks for the President.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the President and the objectives of the office.

Requirements / Qualifications:     

  • Higher Degree, PhD as a plus
  • Experience of managing and leading teams (in Business and Higher Education sector)
  • Several years of experience in a similar role or strategic consulting, Administrative, strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proactive attitude, ready to go the extra mile to complete tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Quick learner and able to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Committed to resolving problems and tackling difficult issues
  • Fluent in German & English, Russian knowledge is a plus
