Project Description
The project focuses on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-augmented workflows within a modern data platform. You will translate business needs into analytical tasks, develop statistical and predictive models, and enhance decision-making through machine learning and generative AI tools. The environment emphasizes analytical rigor, automation, and continuous improvement using modern BI and data warehouse technologies.

What You'll Do
- Translate business requirements into analytical and predictive tasks;
- Design and implement data models in collaboration with BI and product teams;
- Write SQL and Python code for analysis, transformation, validation, and automation;
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau;
- Apply statistical and predictive techniques to improve customer experience and revenue performance;
- Participate in development and monitoring of ML models;
- Use Generative AI tools for validation, cross-checking, and workflow acceleration;
- Ensure data quality, documentation, and transparency;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics and AI-driven processes;
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related roles;
- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, analytical queries);
- Solid Python skills (data analysis, scripting, automation);
- Strong understanding of statistics (distributions, correlations, regression, hypothesis testing);
- Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business metrics;
- Genuine interest in Predictive Analytics and applied Machine Learning;
- High attention to data quality and accuracy;
- Ability to clearly communicate analytical results to non-technical stakeholders;
- Team-oriented mindset with ownership and initiative;
- English level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher;
