Project Description

The project focuses on designing and delivering advanced AI-powered solutions, including GenAI and Agentic AI systems, to support large-scale healthcare data analysis and decision-making. The role involves full ownership of solution architecture, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and leadership across the delivery lifecycle. You will play a key role in defining cloud-native, scalable, and secure AI architectures on AWS, mentoring engineers, and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own solution architecture for complex AI-driven healthcare platforms
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, cloud-native AI systems on AWS
  • Lead architecture and technical decision-making across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with business representatives to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Work hands-on with cross-functional engineering teams to guide implementation
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members
  • Ensure best practices in system scalability, security, and reliability
  • Present architectural concepts and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture
  • Practical experience with Agentic AI architectures and implementations
  • Strong expertise in AWS and cloud-native solution design
  • Experience building scalable, secure AI systems
  • Proven ability to own and lead end-to-end technical delivery
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • English level: B1+ (Intermediate) or higher
