Project Description
The project focuses on a subscription-based IAM platform with customer-specific deployment models (on-premise and cloud). The platform delivers a wide range of identity and security capabilities, including access governance, identity administration, privileged access management, and security intelligence. The role involves close collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable development tasks, supporting continuous evolution of the IAM platform.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather and clarify business requirements
- Translate high-level goals into user stories and development tasks
- Support requirement analysis across IAM-related features and services
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Optionally suggest new business use cases and platform enhancements
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IAM consulting, or related roles
- Good understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain
- Knowledge of security domains such as Privileged Access Management (PAM) and ISPM
- Experience working with Java- and Angular-based systems
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based deployments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset and strong communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- English level: B1 (Intermediate) or higher
