System Administrator
Required Technologies
- OS: Windows 10/11, Linux (Ubuntu), macOS, Windows Server 2019/2022;
- Local Services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Polices, Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, Failover clustering, Monitoring tools;
- Cloud Services: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams etc.), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro;
Preferred Technologies
- Mobile devices: Android, iOS;
- Local Services: Microsoft SQL, IIS, WSUS, NPS, Certificate Authority, Backup tools, Endpoint Management solutions;
- Cloud Services: Zscaler, Azure, AWS, Atlassian, Endpoint Protection and Data Loss Prevention solutions;
What You'll Do
- Providing infrastructure and user support;
- Take part in implementation of the IT solutions and systems;
- Configuring/supporting servers and virtual machines;
- Automating repetitive system administration jobs;
- Follow for the security, information security policies and compliance processes;
- Communication with providers of services, software, and hardware;
- Documenting system changes;
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed;
- Perform other job tasks assigned to him / her by the management in relation to their competence and professional responsibilities;
- Ability to be completely self-managed and independent; thoroughly check their own work;
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT;
- Experience in Microsoft products, desktop and server support;
- Ability to setup, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues;
- Basic scripting skills;
- Understanding and work experience of networking including VPNs;
- Desire and ability to work as member of a large but close team;
- Interpersonal Skills: self-motivated, creative, adaptable, analytical. Good communication and analytical skills. High attention to detail and desire for self-improvement;
- Strong command of English and Russian Languages – verbal and written. Polish language – will be a big plus;
