ClinChoice, is searching for a Laboratory Employee to join one of our partner companies, a large pharmaceutical company leader in the field of biomedicines. This role supports the Clinical Operations department. You will be required to work on-site daily in Ludwigshafen, Germany on a contract assignment 1 full FTE through January 31, 2027. Assignment to start as soon as possible.

As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counter-parts. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Administration and organization of analytical samples (sample administration and management)
  • Application of (bio)analytical test methods for the characterization of biological products in a regulated environment
  • Support in method development
  • Preparation of test protocols
  • Conducting, evaluating, and documenting release studies of clinical trial samples, stability studies, and process analytics for biological products

Education and Experience:

  • Training as a chemistry or biology laboratory technician or similar or Masters Science Degree in (bio)chemistry, biotechnology, biology or similar
  • Experience in chromatography, electrophoresis, and pharmacopoeia methods for parenteral
  • Professional experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience in sample administration and management
  • Experience with LIMS, chromatography data systems and basic statistical knowledge
  • Professional experience in a GMP environment
  • Experience in the qualification of laboratory equipment in a regulated environment
  • Experience with chromatographic (e.g. RP-HPLC, SEC, HIC), electrophoretic (e.g. CE-R, CE-NR, icIEF) and pharmacopoeia methods (e.g. Karl Fischer titration, visible and non-visible particle analysis) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the qualification of laboratory equipment in a regulated environment.
