Assistant, Human Resources

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Follow and comply with the Company’s established procedures and policies
- Follow and comply with the Company’s QMS, ISMS and PIMS requirements
- Responsible for confidentiality, integrity, availability and safeguarding of data
- Responsible for reporting of security incidents and PIMS breaches as applicable
- Calling shortlisted candidates, sending interview invitations to all of them
- Onboarding all new hires
- sending congratulatory letters to all the approved candidates,
- collecting all the documents necessary for hiring process,
- creating employee personal folders,
- inserting employee data in the employee list,
- sending the list of the new employees to finance department,
- requesting accounts for all the new hires in the US IT Helpdesk,
- requesting laptops,
- creating badges and giving accesses,
- collecting and uploading in employee personal folders all the necessary documents after the induction training,
- sending welcome letters to all the new employees,
- Sending emails to the Bank the company cooperates with for account creation for all the new hires and existing employees upon their request and informing the employees once the accounts are ready
- Doing BGV completion for all the employees
- Upon receiving a letter on employee’s resignation doing the whole termination process and following the signing process of all the resignation documents
- Updating employee personal folders in case of necessity
- Performing other job-related duties
Education and Experience:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task is a must
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Labor Code and applicable regulations of the Republic of Armenia
- Knowledge/awareness of PIMS, ISMS, QMS, MD-QMS coordination for privacy and data protection compliance
- Good understanding of the full HR processes
- One to two years of general business experience and/or administrative/office management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Docs
- Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and in team environment
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
