We’re Heywa - a seed-stage, VC-backed startup building a new kind of Answer & Action Engine: blending
AI-powered answers, real human voices, and instant next steps. Think of it as the quickest, most delightful way to go
from a question to action.

We’re backed by top-tier investors and driven by the belief that knowledge should be as accessible, playful, and
actionable as your favorite app. Our first users are Gen Z and Millennials, but our ambition is global.

The Role
This is a ground-floor growth role - you’ll be the one testing channels, shaping our brand presence, and building
the early playbook to acquire, activate, and retain users.
We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, data-driven operator who loves experimenting, learning fast, and scaling what
works.

What you’ll do
● Run growth experiments across paid & organic channels (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.)
● Create and test content: short-form video, memes, and posts, or briefing UGC creators/editors to bring
ideas to life
● Own key growth metrics (CAC, CTR, retention) and turn insights into next steps
● Shape messaging and creative angles with the founding team to connect with our early community
● Write the first growth playbook - from acquisition to activation to retention

What we’re looking for
● Generalist mindset: you’re equally comfortable launching TikTok ads, drafting witty captions, or tweaking
attribution pixels
● Creative + analytical: you enjoy testing new formats and measuring what works
● Experience with paid social and organic growth, ideally in consumer apps or brands targeting Gen Z
● Hands-on with growth tools: TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, Segment, Mixpanel (bonus if you’ve set them
up yourself)
● Scrappy operator: you don’t wait for big budgets - you find smart, low-cost ways to test
● Excited by early-stage chaos, wearing multiple hats, and helping build a fun consumer brand from scratch
