The energy company of the future will look nothing like today’s incumbents. We  are installing large-scale batteries at industrial sites and connecting them into a smart network that  manages electricity in real time, transforming factories into autonomous energy hubs and turning volatile  renewables into dispatchable, low-cost power available 24/7.

What You Can Expect 

- Define how we build from day one: tools, architecture, and the foundation of our long-term  engineering culture. Start hands-on, grow into technical leadership as the team scales. - What you build will directly shape our customers' success – and Co-Power's. - Work side by side with our Product Lead and founders. 

- Build core products from scratch, from intelligent control of batteries at industrial sites to  aggregating many sites into an intelligent network. 

- We are a small team that is extremely supportive. We win and lose together, and we trust our  colleagues to deliver. 

What We’re Looking For 

- 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up. 

- Track record of building things that made a real impact on a company’s success. - Comfortable using modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to move quickly. - Strong in full-stack or backend engineering. 

- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 

- High-ownership mindset: if something doesn’t exist, you build it. 

- Extremely ambitious: you want to be part of something big and shape the future of energy. - You want to help create the energy system of the future.
