The Role
As our Head of People & Culture, you will define and scale the people strategy for a rapidly growing Series B startup, building a high-performing, empowered, and purpose-driven organization.
You will sit at the leadership table and partner closely with the founders to drive organizational design, leadership quality, and workforce productivity. This is a foundational build role: you’ll set the vision, systems, and frameworks that will shape Planet A Foods’ culture and performance for years to come.

Proven experience leading a People & Culture function in a high-growth startup, ideally VC-backed

Track record of building People foundations and scaling them in a fast-moving environment

Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach, using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure impact

Experience with compensation frameworks, leveling, performance management, and leadership development

A confident and inspiring leader who actively contributes to leadership discussions and drives meaningful dialogue across the organization
