We are seeking a passionate GenAI Prompt Engineer with a strong engineering background. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in product management and a genuine passion for leveraging AI technologies in product development. He/she will thrive in a self-managed team, embraces challenges, and takes an active role in building automated solutions across multiple AI platforms (Azure, OpenAI, CrewAI , AWS, Google Cloud, open-source tools).
Responsibilities
Prompt Development:
Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize LLM performance (e.g., GPT-4, BERT). Tailor prompts for specific applications like customer support, content generation, or virtual assistants.
Process Automation & Workflow Optimization
Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using tools like UiPath, LangGraph, and CrewAI. Identify opportunities to streamline manual and repetitive tasks through intelligent automation. Develop, monitor, and optimize robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for seamless integration with business systems. Ensure workflows are efficient, reliable, and adaptable to evolving business needs. Regularly evaluate implemented automation solutions and propose improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Model Fine-Tuning:
Work closely with data scientists to fine-tune large pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks, enhancing response accuracy and efficiency. Adjust prompts and models based on feedback and performance data.
AI Integration & Automation:
Integrate AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI) into existing systems to streamline workflows and automate processes. Manage and deploy AI artifacts in cloud or hybrid environments for scalable solutions.
Use Case Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop prompts and AI models that meet business goals and user needs. Ensure that AI-driven solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and provide real-world value.
Lead AI Initiatives:
Architect and develop large-scale AI models for natural language understanding, text generation, and creative content generation using techniques like Transformers, LSTMs, CNNs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, machine learning, or AI-related roles.
- Proficiency in Python or NodeJS and familiarity with NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT) and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
