
Onboarding Specialist
The Onboarding Team at Brandwatch is a global group of product experts dedicated to helping customers turn social data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. We design scalable data and visualization ecosystems while delivering enablement programs that empower customers to confidently use Brandwatch and leverage social intelligence across their business.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will act as a trusted consultant, guiding customers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless implementation, and driving long-term product adoption. You’ll collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to design tailored solutions, optimize workflows, and enable customers to extract maximum value from the Brandwatch suite of products.
What you’ll do:
- Become a Brandwatch product expert, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and design scalable onboarding solutions that drive long-term success.
- Manage multiple onboarding projects, balancing stakeholder needs while ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, delegating tasks and ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
- Provide proactive recommendations on best practices, platform usage, and potential projects to maximize product adoption.
- Translate complex client requirements into structured, repeatable workflows and solutions.
- Lead customer training and coaching sessions, equipping clients with the knowledge to self-serve and scale their social intelligence capabilities.
- Represent Brandwatch in client-facing meetings, industry events, and internal initiatives to strengthen our position as a thought leader.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in software onboarding or customer-facing roles.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering best-in-class service experiences.
- A strong ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience analyzing data and using insights to inform decision-making and drive client success.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new software and evolving business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and consultative approach.
- Experience working in deadline-driven environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
