Position Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist works across multiple Paid media, channels and accounts and is a highly-organised strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement client solutions independently. The position services clients directly as a client lead, supported by the Cluster Lead.
Objectives
- Successfully manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand client objectives, and communicate / promote agency value and results.
- Meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies across any Social, Programmatic, Search and Content Strategy, working with internal teams.
- Work with the business Partners to grow the business, positioning Sparro as Australia’s leading digital marketing agency.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with key clients on a day to day basis.
- Develop and manage client projects, working with various internal and external stakeholders to implement tracking, attribution, reporting and campaign solutions.
- Prepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.
- Train and develop skills of junior team members, supported by the Cluster Lead.
- Promote the Sparro values and culture.
