About the Role

At ARX Robotics Ukraine, we are shaping the future of defense with autonomous systems that protect and empower soldiers. We are looking for a dedicated and strategic partner to join our mission in Ukraine. In this role, you will be the vital bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the real-world needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

You will act as a trusted liaison, building strong, collaborative relationships with key military stakeholders at every level. Your work will ensure our robotic systems deliver maximum impact on the ground, provide critical feedback to our engineering teams, and drive the successful integration of our technology where it matters most. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the evolution of defense technology and contribute to a safer future.

What You’ll Build

• You will build and nurture strategic partnerships with key decision-makers within the Ukrainian Defense Forces, from unit commanders to high-level officials.
• You will create a powerful feedback loop, gathering direct insights and operational data from end-users to guide the continuous improvement of our robotic platforms.
• You will drive the adoption of our autonomous systems by clearly demonstrating their value and ensuring their integration into the defense procurement and support frameworks.
• You will lead compelling, hands-on demonstrations of our technology for military partners, showcasing its capabilities in real-world scenarios.
• You will connect our leadership with key figures in the Defense Forces, fostering strategic alignment and long-term collaboration.
• You will proactively identify and navigate challenges, ensuring our partnerships are smooth, effective, and built on a foundation of trust.

What You Bring

• A deep, first-hand understanding of the structure, needs, and operational procedures of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, ideally gained through relevant service experience.
• Expertise in the defense procurement lifecycle and a strong grasp of the regulations governing military equipment.
• A profound understanding of the application and operational context of unmanned or robotic systems in a defense environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Ukrainian and a talent for building professional relationships.
• A highly autonomous, resilient, and diplomatic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex situations and adapt quickly to change.
• The ability and willingness to travel throughout Ukraine to connect with partners where they operate, including in zones close to the line of contact.
• Proficiency with modern productivity tools (such as MS Office or Google Workspace) for clear documentation and reporting.
