Job Title: Sales Administrator (6 Month Contract)

Salary: £27,000+

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Placement Administrator (Interim) to support the end-to-end administration of contractor placements within our recruitment business. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance completion, and smooth handover of placements to the Pay & Bill team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

CRM & Master Data Administration

  • Create, maintain, and update accurate placement, client, and candidate records
  • Ensure master data meets internal quality standards
  • Identify and correct data issues before downstream processing

 

Placement Review & Pay & Bill Handover

  • Review placements for accuracy and completeness
  • Validate dates, pay rates, charge rates, and contractual terms
  • Act as a quality control point to minimise errors and delays

 

Compliance Administration

  • Review compliance requirements for each placement
  • Track and update compliance completion status
  • Chase outstanding documentation with consultants
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready compliance records

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident communicator able to work across teams
  • Experience working with CRM systems or databases (preferred)
  • Previous administration experience (recruitment or compliance environment beneficial but not essential)

  • Consistently deliver high-quality, accurate administration
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate effectively with Consultants, Compliance, and Pay & Bill teams
