What You’ll Do:

🕵️ As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you’ll recruit internally for Amoria Bond—essentially, you’ll recruit the recruiters.

• 🤝 Build and grow your network of candidates primarily through LinkedIn
• 📋 Manage the entire candidate process: sourcing, qualifying, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding
• 💡 Represent Amoria Bond as your "client" and make a compelling case for your candidates

What You’ll Bring:

• 🌟 A driven, ambitious attitude and a love for working in a results-oriented team environment
• 👥 Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for connecting with people
• 🗣️ Fluency in Dutch or German and English, if not, a minimun of 1 year of sales or recruitment experience is required
• 📞 Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service or recruitment is a plus (but not a must)
• 💼 You live (in the proximity) of Amsterdam
