Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to win recruitment projects

  • Source and headhunt candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases

  • Write job adverts and manage candidate applications

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from identifying vacancies to placing candidates

  • Create engaging content to support your personal brand and attract candidates

  • Build long-term client and candidate relationships

  • Attend client meetings both in the UK and internationally (locations include Portugal, Sweden, Denmark and the USA)
