Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Barcelona

At Amenitiz, we're on a mission to simplify hospitality management - empowering over 15,000 independent hoteliers to run smarter, not harder.

We're more than just another SaaS scale-up. We're revolutionizing one of the world's oldest industries. Backed by over $80M from top-tier VCs who support disruptive giants like Alibaba, Toast, Zendesk, Delivery Hero, Revolut, and Loom, we've been recognized as a TravelTech Titan and one of Wired's hottest start-ups.

From our Barcelona HQ, we turn bold ideas into real impact, ownership into innovation, and collaboration into results that matter - every single day.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own our full paid acquisition strategy across our four core European markets: France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on individual contributor role - you'll be the expert executing directly, not delegating to a team. You will be responsible for the full paid media cycle: from strategy and budget allocation to day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting.

The primary goal is generating qualified leads and pipeline for our sales team. You'll work closely with SDRs and Account Executives to close the loop on lead quality, and you'll be expected to think beyond campaign metrics and into business impact.

Your missions

  • Full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Search, Meta, and emerging channels (Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube) - strategy, execution, optimization and budget allocation
  • Define and manage CPL, MQL, SQL and demo conversion targets across markets and channels
  • Build and iterate campaign architecture for B2B SaaS lead gen - keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bid strategy, creative testing, landing page alignment
  • Own the marketing-sales feedback loop: work directly with SDRs and AEs to understand lead quality, adjust targeting, and improve pipeline conversion
  • Manage multi-market execution across FR, ES, IT, PT - adapting messaging, budgets, and channel mix to local market dynamics
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in HubSpot, GA4 and/or similar tools to track the full funnel from first click to closed deal
  • Run a structured experimentation roadmap - A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, bid strategies - and translate results into scalable insights
  • Present performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

About you

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or B2B lead generation
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads: search campaigns, non-brand strategy, bid strategy (tCPA, tROAS, smart bidding), quality score optimization, multi-market execution
  • Solid Meta Ads experience for lead generation: CRM-based audiences, lead gen campaigns, CPL optimization
  • Fluency in pipeline KPIs - CPL, MQL, SQL, demo conversion, CAC - and experience working directly with sales teams to improve lead quality
  • HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) for attribution, pipeline tracking and campaign optimization
  • GA4, GTM for reporting and data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment - you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and quick iteration
  • Fluent in English. Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese is a strong plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads or SA360
  • Multi-market European campaign experience
  • SQL or Python for deeper data analysis
  • Hospitality or travel industry background

Our offer

  • Stock options - with a back-loaded vesting schedule.
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • On-demand salary access - no need to wait until the end of the month
  • A structured career path with defined criteria at every level
  • Flexible benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options
  • Any book, purchased for you, plus access to a shared team library
  • An international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs
