SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Weβre looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Salesforce experience who is ready to take the next step and grow their admin skills while working closely with stakeholders across different businesses.
- Reports & Dashboards: Create, maintain, and optimise reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for teams across the organisation.
- Data Management: Perform data imports, updates, and deduplication using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Low-Code Development: Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and other declarative automation to support business processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with business users to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- System Support: Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting, including permission sets, profiles, and page layouts.
- Documentation & Training: Document configurations, processes, and provide user training as needed to ensure smooth adoption of new functionality.
SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator (or similar role).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core features (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Reports, etc.).
- Experience working with business stakeholders to define requirements.
- Familiarity with data management best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, etc.).
- Exposure to AppExchange apps or managed packages.
- Knowledge of sales or customer support processes.
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Experience
- Experience with managing integrations (Cognism, SalesLoft)

- This initial interview will focus on assessing how well the candidate would fit within our company culture. Chloe will explore values, work style, and how they might contribute positively to our team environment.
Stage 2: Interview with RevOps Manager and Chief Growth Officer
- In this stage, the candidate will meet with our RevOps Manager and Chief Growth Officer to discuss the specifics of the role. They will delve into your experience and how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position.
Stage 2: Interview with RevOps Manager, Chief Growth Officer and VP of Sales Operations & Enablement
- During this interview, the candidate will be required to go into further detail regarding their experience, how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position in more depth. The interview will begin with the RevOps Manager and Chief Growth Officer with the VP of Sales Operations and Enablement joining half way through.
