 The Strategic Marketing Specialist will support the Senior Manager Strategic Marketing in executing strategic marketing programs and initiatives across the EMEA region. This role will focus on operational support, coordination, and implementation of marketing activities to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. 

 PURPOSE OF ROLE 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Support Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing plans that align with business objectives. 
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing strategies. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other relevant departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts. 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies. 
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content. 
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, lead generation, and customer engagement. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent Work Experience 

 

Proven experience in strategic marketing roles, with a focus on EMEA markets 

 

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams 

 

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. 

Proficiency in data analysis, market
