The Sales Team is dedicated to driving sales with both existing and new customers in the offline retail channel. You will be part of a collaborative team of six skilled and friendly colleagues, located across Europe.
As a Junior Account Manager UK & France, you'll play a vital role in supporting our offline retail channel growth in the UK and French market by assisting the sales team in driving sales, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Account Support & Ownership: Work closely with Key Account Managers to plan and execute customer initiatives in France and UK, taking ownership of client facing activities and supporting wider key account strategies.
  • Channel Management: Assist with regional account planning, including new launches, distribution activities, supply & demand planning and performance tracking.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong, sustainable relationships with clients, contributing to high customer satisfaction, and driving loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure consistent alignment and effective implementation of customer strategies.
  • Strategic Project Work: Participate in cross-functional projects, implementing processes and company strategy initiatives that enhance account management.
  • Channel Growth: Play an active role in developing and expanding our offline retail channel.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways to optimize processes and shape effective work strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a high-performing team, sharing best practices, and supporting team success.

That’s you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.
  • 1–2 years of experience (incl. full-time internships) in sales, or another commercial role, ideally in the consumer goods or FMCG sector.
  • Business-fluent in both English and French; other European languages are an advantage.
  • Good analytical skills and presentation skills; proficient with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Negotiation and sales experience is a plus
