This is an ***on-site role, located in our amazing air up office in Munich/Ostbahnhof***

As our Office Happiness & Events manager, you'll blend your passion for personal connections with exciting projects. Your responsibilities
- You are part of our Spaces Management team, which is the heart & the soul of our Munich office, creating a welcoming and efficient environment by managing daily office operations—from administrative tasks and front desk coordination to event planning.
- Your creativity and attention to detail help define our office culture, shaping everything from events to day-to-day team and visitor experiences.
- You work hand-in-hand with our VP People & Culture to continuously elevate the office, ensuring it to run smoothly and reflect our vibrant, dynamic company spirit.
- With a passion for innovation, you’re always on the lookout for ways to make things easier for the team, helping us embrace a "self-service" mindset for things like travel bookings.
- Most importantly, your care and diligence ensure a happy, safe, and compliant workplace, making our Munich office a place where everyone feels comfortable and valued.
This is you
- You bring a completed apprenticeship in office or hotel management or a related field, along with 2+ years of hands-on experience in office management, team assistance, or secretarial roles. Experience in retail is an advantage.
- You are passionate about using Excel/Google Sheets, orchestrating events, and managing operations, with a knack for hosting.
- Your English is fluent, and you bring advanced German to ensures seamless, effective communication in a dynamic, bilingual setting.
- You thrive on taking ownership, creating a welcoming environment, and engaging passionately with both team members and customers.
