The (Sr.) SEO Manager role is essential for driving the online visibility and success of our brand through strategic search engine optimization. Your expertise will directly impact our organic traffic, search engine rankings, and overall online presence, ensuring that our digital content is optimized for both search engines and user experience. Your Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization. Implement advanced SEO measures and conduct regular SEO audits to ensure continuous improvement. Revise SEO strategies on a regular basis based on performance data and industry trends.
  • Keyword Strategy and Content Optimization:
    Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify and prioritize keywords that maximize organic traffic and revenue. Optimize page structures, metadata, and content for maximum SEO performance, and develop effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    Monitor SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, SEO Spider, and Google Analytics. Create performance-based reports that track KPIs and provide clear recommendations for action to maximize reach.
  • Technical SEO and Development Collaboration:
    Work in collaboration with tech to conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website architecture, crawling, indexing, and page speed. 
  • Link Building and Competitive Analysis:
    Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve SEO rankings and domain authority. Continuously monitor and analyze competitors' SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Tools & Technologies Management:
    Manage and optimize various SEO tools and platforms to ensure efficient and effective SEO activities. Utilize these tools for in-depth analysis, monitoring, and reporting of SEO performance.

 

That's You

  • Experience:
    5+ years of proven experience in SEO, ideally within a dynamic e-commerce environment, with extensive know-how in using SEO tools.
  • Technical Expertise:
    In-depth knowledge of technical SEO aspects, including indexing, crawling, keyword targeting, and link building. Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Contentful is highly desirable.
  • Analytical and Creative Thinking:
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Creativity and an innovative spirit to develop and implement new SEO strategies.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including content, design, and tech teams.
