Be extraordinary - Excite the ordinary!

Our vision is to make a healthy and sustainable lifestyle the most attractive choice. So we defy: the status quo, misleading product, and nonsense rules! We truly believe in the power of ideas and are thirsty to realize the ones that could have impact. We're an eclectic bunch of creative minds, experts, builders, and improvers. Our perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, dreams, skills, and life paths may have nothing in common, but we gather behind a vision and sail together towards our ambitious goals.

Are you looking to take on a new challenge? Let's talk.

We are looking for a Financial Business Partner to join our Controlling team and drive real impact across the business. You will take full ownership of our sales channels and cost divisions, navigating complex data to turn insights into action and constructively challenging the status quo to strengthen our processes. You thrive on interacting with cross-functional stakeholders, tackling both recurring tasks and exciting projects with a steady and open mindset.

Your responsibilities

  • You provide financial insights across our sales channels and cost divisions, delivering end-to-end profitability analysis from revenue and discounts to COGS, supplier set-up, logistics, and operating expenses
  • You act as a strategic financial partner to the channel and division leads. You proactively challenge assumptions and drive the business forward by delivering data-driven insights, triggering steering discussions, and performing deep-dive analysis to validate hypotheses, ensuring effective business steering, cost control and transparency
  • You ensure the quality, informative value, and consistency of financial data as basis for business decisions and advise the Accounting team on channel-specific topics
  • You leverage your profound knowledge of FP&A processes to elevate planning and reporting standards, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • You apply a 360-degree business mindset, inspire with your can-do mentality, confidently take ownership of your areas, and proactively drive innovation and business impact beyond existing processes

That's you

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Controlling or FP&A, ideally in a consulting company with focus in the Retail or Consumer Goods sector, or in an internationally oriented omni-channel company
  • You have profound Controlling expertise with basic knowledge in Accounting
  • You learn fast, adapt quickly, and are driven to make a meaningful impact on the business
  • You love interacting with diverse stakeholders and sharing your financial knowledge
  • You are proactive, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and can independently drive your responsibilities while juggling multiple priorities with a hands-on, 80/20 mindset
  • You take initiative and confidently make decisions within your areas of responsibility
  • You are fully proficient in English, German is a nice to have
