About the Role 

This is a key global role where you will be working closely with the FP&A Director as well as alongside a FP&A Manager and another Finance Business Partner.

 

Main Responsibilities 

 

/ Ensure a smooth and accurate month end close through being the finance representative of your functional areas.

/ Present monthly P&L to the Executives, highlighting key risks and opportunities, driving value and working closely with the commercial team. Follow up action items with the relevant owners.

/ Perform monthly reforecasting.

/ Support the business units to drive strategic decision-making, analysis and business development.

/ Ensure the governance and approval policies are effectively communicated and adhered to.

/ Take responsibility for certain Functional areas of the budget, co-ordinating across key stakeholders.

/ Key role in developing and implementing KPI dashboards, powered by PowerBI, for the business.

/ Yondr is currently undergoing an ERP implementation and there’ll be the opportunity for the Finance Business Partner to gain exposure to this workstream

 

Qualifications and experience 

 

/ Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

/ 3+ years of PQE experience

/ Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

/ Familiarity with Power BI a plus

/ Comfort working in a global business with complex group structure

/ Good communication and interpersonal skills

/ Experience partnering with senior staff

/ Excellent written and oral communication skills

/ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

/ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
