We are looking for a Business Automations Consultant (f/m/d) with a technical background and problem solving mindset to join us on our journey. Together we will work on the efficiency of our business automations in all areas of the company and creating optimal conditions to  further the  growth of Wunderflats! 

You will have a greater focus on the technical side of our business operations. Acting as an internal consultant, working cross-functionally with different teams to implement new solutions and automation processes using javascript to have a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the work.

YOUR MISSION

  • Drive organizational innovation by digitalizing our core operations, creating new automations and integrating new tools
  • Analyze and optimize our existing business processes by tracking key metrics and identifying any inefficiencies
  • Act and operate as an internal consultant, working directly with key stakeholders and management on projects to help execute, track and develop our strategy and help Wunderflats to reach our goals
  • Own the process of decision making among both cross-functional teams and management and develop and run organizational planning frameworks in alignment with our vision and mission

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proficient in using JavaScript, and experience with SQL is a plus
  • 2- 5 years experience in business operations or another relevant area 
  • Project management comes naturally to you, you can easily engage productively and successfully with key stakeholders
  • You are an analytical thinker and use data and metrics,  to ensure the business processes are efficient 
  • You have a  proactive and “can do” attitude and you apply your knowledge of change management to ensure our company wide strategic bets are reached 
  • You are business fluent in English
