The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our London team, focused on owning day-to-day relationships and supporting the growth of existing client accounts across brands, agencies, and technology partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply embedded in client relationships, understands how great creative work turns into repeat business, and is excited to grow into more senior commercial responsibility over time.
You’ll act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with commercial and creative teams to retain and expand accounts, shape opportunities, and deliver excellent client experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Production, and Leadership teams to ensure work is delivered smoothly, commercially, and to a high standard - while proactively spotting opportunities to deepen and extend partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Client Ownership & Growth
- Own and manage a portfolio of Tier 1 accounts (such as Google, ElevenLabs, NVIDIA).
- Be accountable for retention, revenue growth, and expansion within your accounts.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across Wonder’s full offering (campaigns, films, IP, partnerships, retainers).
- Build long-term account plans focused on increasing lifetime value (LTV) and recurring or repeat revenue.
- Leverage events and activations to strengthen client relationships, build executive-level rapport, and support long-term account growth.
Relationship Management
- Act as the senior day-to-day point of contact for key clients.
- Build trusted, multi-level relationships across client organisations (creative, production, marketing, innovation, leadership).
- Understand clients’ broader business goals and translate them into ongoing opportunities with Wonder.
- Partner closely with clients to shape briefs, scopes, and longer-term roadmaps.
Commercial Leadership
- Lead commercial conversations across pricing, scopes, timelines, and deal structures.
- Shape proposals, renewals, and expansion deals in collaboration with GTM, Creative, and Production teams.
- Own forecasting and pipeline management for your accounts, ensuring clear visibility on revenue and risk.
- Balance commercial ambition with delivery realities -ensuring work is both profitable and creatively excellent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Production, and Leadership to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Ensure smooth handovers from pitch to delivery and strong client communication throughout projects.
- Act as the internal voice of the client - advocating for priorities while maintaining commercial discipline.
Represent Wonder Externally
- Leverage events and activations to strengthen client relationships, build executive-level rapport, and support long-term account growth.
- Help strengthen Wonder’s reputation as a strategic, long-term partner.
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in account management, client services, partnerships, or similar roles within a creative agency, production studio, media company, or media-tech environment.
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts, driving repeat business, and increasing client spend over time.
- Commercially confident - comfortable owning revenue targets, forecasting, and deal conversations.
- Strong relationship builder who enjoys long-term partnership development.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communicator - confident with senior stakeholders and comfortable shaping decks, proposals, and scopes
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
- Curious about new studio models, technology-enabled creativity, and the future of storytelling.
