The Role

We’re hiring an AI Artist to join our US Creative team and play a hands-on role in how work is developed and produced at Wonder. You’ll work closely with the US Creative Director and Producer as part of small, cross-disciplinary teams across concept development, storytelling, and production.

This role is deeply hands-on in the creative process. You’ll create AI-generated assets for both pitches and live productions, helping develop campaigns and original studio projects ranging from commercials and music videos to episodic and long-form storytelling.

You’ll also help define, test, and apply emerging AI technologies and workflows across the creative process, from ideation through delivery. The role requires strong creative judgment, comfort working quickly and iteratively, and a point of view on how AI can expand cinematic storytelling at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to creative development and execution across branded campaigns and original studio projects, including commercials, music videos, documentaries, and episodic or long-form content.
• Generate high-quality AI assets - including images, video, and sound - to support concept development, pitches, and live productions
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and narratives, using AI to accelerate creative exploration and production.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Producer, and wider team to execute work that supports larger creative solutions.
• Pressure-test emerging AI tools and structure effective workflows to maintain efficiency without compromising experimentation.
• Stay ahead of trends in content and AI, helping evolve Wonder’s creative workflows and capabilities.

Must Have

• 2-4 years of experience in creative roles within an agency, studio, content, media, or tech environment.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools in creative production (e.g., Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Kling, Luma, Flux, ComfyUI, Topaz or similar), with a portfolio showcasing strong visual design, conceptual thinking, and AI-driven workflows.
• A foundation in filmmaking or post-production, with experience in areas such as editing, motion design, VFX, animation, or related disciplines, and an understanding of how cinematic content is developed and produced.
• Strong visual taste and storytelling instincts across still and motion formats.
• Experience working on creative productions such as film, commercials, music videos, or branded content.
• Ability to work quickly and iteratively in fast-moving creative environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with post-production tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Nuke and DaVinci Resolve.
