About Wonder

  • Analytical Rigour & Optimisation: Implement robust analytics and experimentation processes (A/B testing, attribution). Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform product and business decisions. You won't just guess who our audience is; you will know exactly where they come from and how to grow them authentically.
  • AI Domain Insight: Apply your knowledge of the AI/Machine Learning landscape to position the platform effectively and capitalise on unique growth opportunities in the sector
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Creative teams to embed growth loops directly into the user experience and maximise the impact of launch campaigns.

What You'll Bring: The Ideal Candidate

  • Growth Experience: Substantial experience and demonstrable success in a senior Growth or Performance role, ideally scaling a consumer app or platform.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills. You are data-driven and deeply comfortable managing performance metrics, attribution, and reporting.
  • AI Domain Knowledge: Genuine interest in and demonstrated understanding of the AI/ML space and its impact on creative technology.
  • Leadership Capability: Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team and serve as a central operational hub.
  • Acquisition Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of user acquisition channels, funnel optimisation, and delivering a strong ROI on paid media spend.
  • Execution Focus: A proven track record of driving projects from concept to completion.

Success in 12 Months

  • Scale the App: Drive aggressive acquisition and create a dense network of high-quality talent.
  • Grow YouTube: Elevate our channel using paid and organic strategies to convert viewers into advocates.
  • Build the Data Engine: Implement robust analytics and attribution across all platforms so we know exactly where our audience comes from.
  • Bridge the Gap: Engage with community and tech partners, positioning Wonder as the bridge between AI technology and creative application.

Why Join Wonder

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
