But what’s the role?
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage and streamline our global contractual obligations, focusing primarily on client contracts. This role is essential in reducing reliance on external legal counsel and ensuring our contractual processes align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of SaaS, especially in B2B and Business to Enterprise contexts. Experience within a high-security software enterprise or cybersecurity setting is highly advantageous.
Sounds great – what will I do?
- Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and mitigate risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for legal queries related to contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters, working closely with internal departments to address legal issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure contracts meet SaaS standards and address the specifics of B2B and enterprise-level services, covering aspects such as data protection, intellectual property rights, and liability.
- Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and guidelines to streamline the contract management process and establish best practices across global teams.
Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?
- 3-5 years in a legal support or contract management role, within SaaS, B2B, or Business to Enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and high-security enterprise software is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in contract management or legal studies are a plus.

We offer a hybrid working culture, with a mix of remote and in-office work. We are open to this role being based in either Singapore or the United Kingdom.
