But what’s the role?

We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to help us support the delivery of key engineering projects. 

Sounds great – what will I do?

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and organizing the project roadmap to overseeing development and successful delivery
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on a cohesive product vision and translate it into actionable plans
• Ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research, etc.) to keep projects on track and meet key objectives

Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?

Ideally, you should have 4 or more years of experience:

• Managing projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical startup environment
• With proficiency in industry standard collaboration tooling such as Jira, Figma etc.
• Understand technical limitations and tradeoffs behind product decisions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and proactively find solutions to keep projects on track

Bonus Experience

It’ll also be awesome if you:

• A data-driven mindset, using metrics and KPIs to assess project progress and make informed decisions
• Have some knowledge of cybersecurity / worked in a cybersecurity product company
• Have experience working in a start-up environment
