Junior - Maps Design Operation

In this Junior - Maps Design Operation role at StubHub/Viagogo: You will be responsible for the graphical creation of venue level seat maps and the management of the data that powers their interactivity. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role is highly process-driven, involving the consistent execution of tasks that maintain site performance and enhance the customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detailed, process-oriented environment, where speed, consistency and accuracy are key.

As a Maps Design Agent at StubHub/Viagogo, you will be able to:

  • Independently execute routine tasks with precision and consistency, while navigating the challenge of meeting aggressive daily productivity targets.
  • Research and curate data-driven seat map references for both venue and event-level seat maps.
  • Translating reference materials into complete and accurate section data
  • Designing SVG seat maps and accurately link them to section data
  • Maintaining accurate seller inventory section mappings
  • Troubleshooting issues with seat maps and provide guidance to external teams
  • Supporting continuous process refinement by participating in testing and brainstorming

We would like to see someone who has:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-focused e-commerce marketplace
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility with an always innovating and evolving landscape
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
  • Excellent time-management skills to meet aggressive productivity targets
  • Comfort working with and managing large data sets
  • Inquisitive by nature with a strong bias for actively resolving issues using strong analytical skills

Not Required but Preferred:

  • A passion and fan of all thing's live entertainment (sports, concerts, festivals and theater)
  • Fluent in other languages to support our international catalog
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and SharePoint
