The EDM Quality Assurance role is key in understanding the quality and performance of the Event Data Management function. This is a flex role with responsibilities including monitoring actions taken by the team, auditing, assessing knowledge and providing feedback (to experts and leadership), assisting with content creation, and working items directly in the queues when necessary.

As an Event Data Management - Quality Assurance at Stubhub/viagogo, you will be able to:

• Monitor work items that EDM experts complete looking for accuracy, speed, and thoroughness
• Clear, concise, and constructive communication in both written and verbal forms to document findings
• Audit interactions that have been scored by other team members
• Collaborate with team members to identify, and analyze trends, successes, and opportunities
• Present key QA findings, trends, and opportunities to EDM leadership
• Calibrate with others in QA and leaders across EDM
• Navigate several technical systems and processes (ex. EDM Tool, Mapper Tool, Audit Trails, Sharepoint, Excel, etc.)
• Update and report out QA metrics
• Weekly queue work time in order to remain an expert in assigned queues
• Partner with peers to ensure monthly team productivity goals are met

• Ability to innovate, learn, and adjust to meet the needs of the position
• Maintains great attendance
• Internal candidates meet or exceed metrics for last 3 months, and have recommendation from current supervisor or manager

Not Required but Preferred:

• Previous QA experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and SharePoint
• Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables and Macros) are beneficial
