The role
As a Data Engineer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3-5 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
You will thrive in this role if you are:

- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
Role responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines, primarily leveraging SQL
- Develop and optimize complex queries to support analytics and reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple data sources
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions
- Support experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and data validation
- Work with analytics teams to deliver datasets used in dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Metabase or similar)
- Communicate insights effectively through data storytelling, tailoring messages for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a client-facing consulting environment
- Contribute to best practices in data modeling, documentation, and governance
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Solid experience working as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and transformations
- Understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience working with stakeholders to define data requirements
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present data to non-technical audiences
Nice to have qualifications

Experience with dashboarding/BI tools (e.g., Metabase or similar)

Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or statistics

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)

Experience in a client-facing or consulting role

Knowledge of data storytelling and visualization best practices
