What You Will Do  

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Working Student to join our Data team and support us in business intelligence (BI) and analytical work. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with data, learning about data architecture, and gaining hands-on experience with powerful tools. Our tech stack includes Power BI, dbt, Airflow, Jupyter, and other tools.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Learn Data Architecture: Learn fundamental data architecture principles, including how data tables and sources are structured 

• Build Data Models and Reports: Assist in creating data models and reports and support analytical tasks to ensure effective use of data across the organization 

• Support Power BI Implementation: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Power BI tools for data visualization, reporting, and analysis 

• Turn Data into Insights: Collaborate with team members to analyze data and assist in developing actionable insights 

• Support Data Projects: Collaborate with data team members to support and deliver data-related projects 

You will be great for this position if you have  

• Currently studying in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or similar 

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) 

• Willingness & ability to quickly learn new tools (Power BI, Git, dbt, Airflow) 

• Basic understanding of data concepts (e.g., tables, joins, data structures) and familiarity with or willingness to learn SQL and Python 

• An interest in working with data and a passion for analytical tasks 

• Previous work experience, ideally in a data-related field, is a plus but not required 

• Reliable and motivated to contribute to the team 

• Flexible, with the ability to work between 6 months to 2 years. Bachelor's or master's degree students welcome 

• Willingness to work on-site in our Berlin office 4 days per week, with 1 remote day
