Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It: 

You will be part of the Digital & Technology group's Infrastructure and IT Support Team, where you will be supporting the organization on all IT support request. We ensure that IT is functioning, whether it is office IT or Infrastructure - to keep our hotels running and our guest happy.  

We are a small, tight-knit team and we manage a lot of technologies, so there’s a lot of learning and knowledge-sharing. We’re true team players and through trust, we achieve results. Everybody has their specialties and you ensure that others know what is needed to support the organization. You can work independently but you know when to ask from support from a colleague as well.  

This role is part of the over all IT Support team, but you will be based in Italy, while the rest of the IT Support team will be based in Barcelona and Amsterdam.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Support the our Hubs  on IT related issues 
  • On and offboarding employees to and from our systems (and help smoothen the process) 
  • Help Hotel staff when they are experiencing issues with their IT systems 
  • Office 365 Support 
  • Managing access to systems 
  • Fixing hardware issues
  • Telephony support  
  • Regular visits to our hotels to help onsite with IT related issues in the widest sense; office IT, CCTV, access control, In Room TV, WiFi - you name it. 
  • You are part of the Overall Team, but the focus will be our Italian Properties which are based in Florence, Rome and Bologna. Florence will be your base.

Who You Are 

  • You have three to five year experience at an IT service desk. 
  • You have experience providing (remote) IT Support Experience with Office 365 
  • You speak English and Italian since that’s our main language. Dutch , German, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus 
  • Experience with MS Intune, Zendesk, monday.com, Powershell, Confluence, networking are also all a plus 
  • You get energy out of helping people.
