You’ll be the heartbeat of both Clubhouse and Grandmother Café at The Social Hub Barcelona. From leading your teams to shaping unforgettable guest experiences, your hands-on approach sets the tone across two of our most loved spaces. You’ll balance operational smarts with creative flair, making sure Clubhouse buzzes with connection while Grandmother Café stays cozy and authentic. Your days will mix coaching, problem-solving, and spotting talent with a genuine focus on making everyone feel at home. Collaborating with kitchen, marketing, and suppliers, you’ll turn big ideas into smooth, memorable moments. This role is as much about people as it is about numbers, leading, inspiring, and growing your team while keeping the vibe right. And yes, you’ll have fun doing it.

What You’ll Do 

 

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your teams across both outlets to perform and grow.
  • Oversee daily operations, making sure service is smooth and experiences are memorable.
  • Protect and shape each outlet’s atmosphere—welcoming in Clubhouse, warm in Grandmother Café.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, marketing, and partners to create seamless experiences and activations.
  • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and drive profitability without compromising service quality.
  • Spot talent, onboard new team members, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism, resolving issues on the spot

 

What You’ll Have 

 

  • 3+ years in F&B leadership, managing restaurants, cafés, bars, or similar venues.
  • Proven experience in people management, operational oversight, and financial responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of concept-driven venues with a balance of creativity and operational know-how.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on coaching skills and the ability to inspire your team.
  • Confidence in planning, task management, and using digital tools to keep operations smooth.
  • Emotional intelligence, decisiveness, and the resilience to thrive under pressure
