The Head of Digital Marketing will lead The Social Hub’s digital marketing strategy and ecosystem driving website performance, optimizing the customer journey and delivering frictionless conversion through data-driven insight and discipline excellence.
The right candidate will balance brand and product storytelling with commercial performance, inspiring cross-functional teams and agency partners to bring our hybrid hospitality experience to life online.
This role is part of the Marketing Leadership team within the Marketing & Performance department and reports to the Global Marketing Director. You’ll lead a team of SEO specialists, content marketers and CMS whizz kids to deliver a frictionless customer journey across our digital ecosystem with a deep focus on the website, our direct booking platform.

What You'll Do
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute the global website and digital conversion strategy to maximize direct bookings and engagement.
- Accountable for The Social Hub’s website - a critical engine of commercial growth via direct bookings - making sure qualified traffic converts by leading the way on front-end design, UX/UI, and content. Deliver a seamless, guest-centric experience, while working agile with the Digital & Technology team and Media teams.
- Commercial Impact: Set and track KPIs across traffic, conversion and revenue using analytics to inform prioritization and continuous optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Marketing, Media, CRM, Digital Products and Operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor and inspire the Content, SEO and CMS specialists to deliver best-in-class execution and collaboration.
- Change management/transformation: drive change and business impact via optimizations in strategy, platforms, processes and ways of working.
- Innovation and growth mindset: Embed AI into digital workflows and journeys where relevant to enhance scalability, velocity and the guest experience and be a passionate and effective advocate for AI-led change.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish reporting frameworks; translate data into insights that drive business decisions and performance improvements\
- Agency & Partner Oversight: Manage relationships with technology partners ensuring ROI-driven delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing and specifically website strategy, ideally with experience in hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands.
- Proven success in website optimization, conversion rate improvements and e-commerce growth.
- Strong analytical, commercial and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- A growth-focused, test-and-learn mentality - always looking for ways to improve results.
- Passion for guest experience, creativity and innovation.
