Talent Foundation Management Intern
The TSH Talent Foundation has just launched in September 2024 with two pioneering initiatives: the pan-European Changemaker Scholarship Programme and the Better Society Academy’s Masterclass. Developed and executed in collaboration with top education partners, these programmes aim to empower and support future changemakers across Europe.
Your mission should you choose to accept it…
As an Intern in Foundation Management, you will contribute to the effective delivery and growth of the Changemaker Scholarship Programme and support the Better Society Academy in project management and research. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects that empower future changemakers across Europe.
What You'll Do:
- Support for the Changemaker Scholarship Programme
- Assist the Programme Manager in the day-to-day operations of the 2026 cohort, consisting of 120 master’s students across 19 European hubs
- Support scholars by coordinating mentoring programmes and organizing group engagement activities
- Communicate with approximately 50 partner universities and institutes across the hubs
- Assist with the recruitment process for the 2026–2027 cohort of 140 candidates
- Manage scholar data and help evaluate programme outcomes and impact
- Project Support for Better Society Academy
- Conduct research on emerging themes for the Better Society Masterclass
- Support planning, coordination, and outreach for Masterclass events
- Assist in scaling the Masterclass programme from two editions in 2025 to three or four editions in 2026
What You'll Learn
- Programme Management: Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of foundation programmes.
- Research: Conduct market research into funding partners and develop a matrix to align funding criteria with foundation programmes.
- Communication: Enhance your communication skills by effectively interacting with stakeholders, programme participants, and partners.
- Impact & Data Management: Learn how to design surveys, manage data, and generate insights to measure programme impact
Who You Are
- You’re a bachelor or master student in Education, Public Policy, Social Work, Business, Psychology, Development Studies, Anthropology, Nonprofit Management, Organisational Leadership, Executive Education, or related fields.
- You're fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a big plus
- You have an international background, cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- You're legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands
- You must be currently enrolled in an EU university.
