Working Student (gn) - Supply Planning

As a Working Student (gn) Supply Planning, you will support our team in ensuring product availability and maintaining a smooth material flow across our supply chain. You will gain valuable hands-on experience, collaborate with different departments, and actively apply and develop your analytical skills.

Your mission

• You support our Supply Planning team in day-to-day operations and contribute to ensuring product availability.
• You monitor the current supply situation and help identify potential risks, shortages, and deviations at an early stage.
• You conduct data analyses, prepare relevant KPIs, and support the creation of reports and planning scenarios.
• You maintain and update relevant planning, master, and inventory data in our systems and assist with SAP transactions.
• You collaborate regularly with Demand Planning, Procurement, Production, Product Management, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
• You take ownership of smaller operational tasks and projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Supply Planning processes.

Your experience & skills

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, you are in at least your third Bachelor's semester or already pursuing a Master's degree and will remain enrolled for at least another twelve months.
• You are able to work on-site at either our Elmshorn or Hamburg location at least once per week.
• Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through an internship or working student position in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a comparable environment.
• You have a strong interest in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, and data-driven processes.
• You have good Microsoft Excel skills; initial experience with SAP or another ERP system is considered a plus.
• You work in a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented manner, are reliable and communicative, and have very good English language skills; German language skills are considered a plus.
