Laboratory Sample Coordinator (gn) - Nightshift

Start: Immediate | Level: Intermediate | Location: Elmshorn | Working hours: Full-time I Shift hours: 10.30 pm – 7.00 am (including a 30-minute break)

As a Laboratory Sample Coordinator (gn), you are responsible for the registration and distribution of samples of our raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods within Quality Control.
You have experience in the food industry and/or in an analytical laboratory. You're excited to support us in the continuous optimization of our quality standards and help drive the ESN & More Nutrition brands forward?

Your mission

• You register all samples of our raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods in our LIMS system
• You divide and distribute samples to the relevant lab areas according to our specific test plans
• You send samples to our external partner labs
• You answer internal queries regarding the lab area as well as the current status of analyses and batch releases
• You manage our retention sample storage
• You create and optimize work instructions within your area
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality standards

Your experience & skills

• Completed training as a CTA, chemical laboratory technician, a degree in nutritional science, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in an administrative lab environment
• Ideally experience with LIMS systems
• Affinity for IT
• Confident use of MS Office
• Business-fluent German and good English
• Sense of responsibility, a careful and conscientious way of working, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
