Working closely with HR leadership and senior stakeholders, you translate complex compensation topics into pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.

Your mission

  • You develop and implement a global Total Rewards strategy covering compensation, benefits and mobility across all employee groups.
  • You design and continuously improve scalable frameworks, systems and processes for compensation, benefits and global mobility.
  • You lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of short-term incentive (STI) plans and other variable compensation programs.
  • You ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency regulations, and drive the implementation of necessary measures and reporting.
  • You further develop our job architecture and grading framework to create transparent and scalable career structures.
  • You own the governance of grading processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • You prepare data-driven analyses, business cases, executive presentations and decision papers for HR leadership and senior management.
  • You advise HR Business Partners, People leaders and senior stakeholders on all compensation, benefits and reward-related topics.
  • You analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure our reward offering remains competitive and aligned with business needs.
  • You collaborate closely with Finance, Legal and external partners to continuously improve our Total Rewards landscape.

Your experience & skills

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in an international Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or Reward role.
  • You have a strong understanding of compensation regulations and compliance requirements, including EU Pay Transparency legislation and working with works councils.
  • You have extensive experience with job grading methodologies and job architecture frameworks, ideally Mercer or a comparable system.
  • You have experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employee populations.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and enjoy turning concepts into practical solutions.
  • You are comfortable working with complex data, analyses and executive-level decision making.
  • You build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels and communicate confidently with senior leadership.
  • You work independently, take ownership and drive initiatives forward in a dynamic environment.
  • You communicate fluently in both German and English.

Why choose this role?
  • You have the opportunity to build and shape our global Total Rewards landscape with a high degree of ownership.
  • You work in a fast-growing international company where your ideas have direct business impact.
