As a Customer Support Specialist (gn), you'll be the first point of contact for our international community, helping to create an outstanding customer experience with every interaction. With your empathetic approach, strong communication skills, and passion for helping others, you'll support our customers with questions about our products, orders, and services while working closely with your teammates to continuously improve the way we support our community.

Your mission
- You deliver exceptional customer support via Zendesk, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and solution-oriented
- You support customers with questions related to orders, deliveries, products, returns, and refunds
- You take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve them efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- You accurately document customer interactions and ensure excellent service quality
- You work with modern AI-powered tools to help deliver efficient, high-quality customer support
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality Management, to ensure the best possible customer experience
- You work closely with your Customer Support teammates to continuously improve processes and ways of working
- You contribute to Help Centre content and Customer Support improvement projects as you grow in the role
Your experience & skills
- You have native-level proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French (one of these languages is mandatory)
- You have good English language skills
- You have some experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Support
- You have strong communication and organizational skills
- You are comfortable using digital tools; experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system is a plus
- You are interested in AI-powered tools and new technologies
- You have German language skills, which are a plus but not required
