As a Working Student (gn) in Operations with a focus on documentation and technical processes, you will support the development and optimization of our documentation and procurement structures in the field of plant engineering.

Your mission

• Build and maintain our documentation landscape, including structured filing, version control, and document management
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation in the field of plant engineering
• Edit and finalize process descriptions, work instructions, records, and forms
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical procurement processes
• Maintain supplier data and support supplier communication and negotiations
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality documentation
• Support the structuring and optimization of operational processes

Your experience & skills

• Ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a comparable field
• Basic technical understanding and interest in production systems are desirable
• Interest in understanding and documenting production processes in a structured way
• Analytical and structured way of thinking
• Hands-on mentality and a pragmatic approach to getting things done
• Very good German skills; English skills are a plus
