As an Industrialization Project Manager / Launch Engineer (gn), you will be responsible for managing production ramp-ups and coordinating industrialization projects. Your mission

• Responsibility for planning, managing, and implementing product and production launches through to series production
• Leading and coordinating industrialization and product launch projects in close collaboration with R&D, Production, and Quality
• Ensuring the timely commissioning and acceptance of production lines (e.g., Run@Rate, FAT)
• Planning and executing test runs, scale-ups, and initial production runs for new products
• Serving as the central point of contact for all interfaces and managing risks and measures during the launch process

Your experience & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, or comparable qualification
• Experience in project management, industrialization, or production launches
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work
• Knowledge of production processes and product launches
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Good written and spoken German and English
