Als Supply-Planning-Werkstudent (gn) bist du für die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Produktionsplänen sowie die mittel- und langfristige Material- und Rohstoffplanung verantwortlich. Du bringst Erfahrung im Supply Planning Bereich mit und hast Lust die Marken ESN & More Nutrition voranzutreiben? Dann melde dich bei uns und werde Teil des Teams.  

 

Your mission

• You support the creation of production plans and independently monitor planned quantities by comparing them with actual data
• You assist in medium- and long-term material planning by analyzing forecast and consumption data
• You take over the maintenance and further development of Excel-based planning tools, files, and dashboards
• You act as a proactive interface between the Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure material availability
• You identify deviations in the planning process and communicate these, along with potential risks, to the relevant stakeholders
• You actively participate in process optimization by uncovering potential for simplification and automation of planning workflows

 

Your experience & skills

• You are an enrolled student (gn) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field of study
• You have very good Excel skills and a strong passion for data analysis and digital planning tools
• You ideally have a basic understanding of production processes, supply chain management, or material requirements planning
• You possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills 
• You work in a structured and analytical manner, with a talent for preparing complex information in clear reports
• You are characterized by an independent, reliable way of working and take a proactive approach to solving problems.
