As Procurement Manager (gn) – External Manufacturing you will be responsible for sourcing and managing externally manufactured finished goods – from supplements to ready-to-drink beverages. you bring strong experience in strategic procurement and contract manufacturing, and you are eager to shape the growth of ESN & More Nutrition? Your Mission With Us

• You are responsible for sourcing externally produced finished goods and managing the entire procurement process

• You develop category strategies by analyzing spend, cost drivers, market trends and the supplier base

• You negotiate contracts and commercial models, managing price, supply, service, legal and IP risks

• You manage and segment suppliers, lead business reviews and build strong long-term partnerships

• You identify cost-saving and simplification opportunities to drive value and efficiency

• You report directly to our Head of Procurement

 

 

Your Experience And Skills

• You hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or Operations

• You bring 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally within food or FMCG

• You have proven expertise in managing external/contract manufacturing of finished goods

• You are fluent in English, fluent German is a big plus

• You are strong in negotiation, communication and stakeholder management across functions

• You are confident in making decisions and able to handle pressure well

• You are willing to travel and regularly work on site at our Hamburg office
