As a Business Development Manager (gn) you are part of the product team and are responsible for optimizing the product strategy - mainly for More Nutrition. Your mission

• Product Strategy & Development: You are a central part of the product team and responsible for aspects of business development as well as product management. You optimize our product strategy in close collaboration with the ESN and More Nutrition teams
• Business development: You contribute your expertise in business development to further expand our portfolio. You will act in an advisory capacity for product management and the development teams and help to find solutions to challenges in product and project management
• Process optimization & structure development: You set up and continuously optimize processes and structures to ensure the smooth running of product management and increase efficiency across the team
• Product performance & analysis: You are responsible for the regular evaluation of product performance for both the ESN brand and More Nutrition. You will analyze KPIs, identify potential for improvement and derive measures for optimization
• Project management & process improvement: You lead projects and manage the continuous optimization of processes. You work on the introduction of new tools that make product management and development more efficient and successful
• Monitoring: You keep an eye on the performance of the products and work closely with the various departments

 

Your experience & skills 

• You have a degree in business administration, product management, business development or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained several years of experience in business development or product management, ideally in a dynamic environment such as e-commerce or FMCG
• You have sound knowledge in the areas of process optimization and project management
• You have experience in analyzing product performance and deriving strategic measures and recommendations for action
• You have a high affinity for data and processes, have extensive experience in working with Excel and are interested in programming
• You can get to grips with complex topics and quickly familiarize yourself with new issues and challenges
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and can successfully coordinate complex projects
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
